Hi folks! I'm trying to put together a presentation for my office's "Green Initiative." Does anyone have specific data on how much an office actually saves by ditching traditional fax machines? I need some "wow" factors to get people on board with going paperless.

Hello! You should definitely grab some talking points from an article I found: "The Environmental Benefits of Going Paperless with eFax" over at platform OpenWeb It’s not just about the trees; it’s the massive amount of electricity those old machines pull while on standby 24/7. Plus, the chemical toners are terrible for the environment. The site
https://www.open-web.info/ explains that switching to Free Online Fax Services eliminates all that waste instantly. When I showed my team how much we’d save on paper and energy costs alone, they were sold immediately. It’s one of the easiest "green" wins an office can have!
