First time taking my American car to a garage in Sharjah... any tips?

So I finally moved to Sharjah a few months ago and I've been putting off getting my car looked at because honestly, I wasn't sure where to take a Ford Focus around here. I usually just trust my gut when picking places back home, but here it feels different with the language and all. Has anyone here taken an American make there before? I'm mainly looking for someone who actually knows their way around the electronics and doesn't just guess.
