Hello, I had a positive first impression of Chicago after visiting the baggage claim process at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. I felt comfortable and welcomed rather than exhausted and anxious. I was able to begin my journey on a positive note because of the easy process, and I was prepared to celebrate friendship, love, and a lovely new beginning at my friend's engagement.
